Brent Zerr Drafting & Design Ltd. was born out of necessity in July 2012. At a time when many architectural firms found it difficult, if not impossible, to employ a full time design and drafting staff, I found opportunity in an atmosphere of adversity.
Understanding the changing economy and predicting future needs, I began building relationships with local firms as a freelance consultant. The benefits of an experienced designer providing accurate drawings and quick turn-around times without the burden of a full-time employee appealed to many local firms and they quickly took advantage of this flexible “staffing” option. With a growing list of Architects, Engineers and Builders, the drawing board quickly filled up.
With a collaborative team and increased capabilities, Brent Zerr Drafting & Design is constantly raising the standards and creating timeless results.
As time went on and relationships grew based on the simple principle of quality drawings in a cost effective and timely manor, in September 2016 Brent Zerr Drafting & Design added additional staff. This expansion allowed for improved services over a larger geographical area. With a collaborative team and increased capabilities, Brent Zerr Drafting & Design is constantly raising the standards and creating timeless results.
Although we have collaborated in projects in multiple states and countries, we continue to focus our talents locally and remain committed to serving the Berks County, Lancaster County and Chester County regions of Pennsylvania.
